This was a wake-up call this Morning.....A Great 👍 Endurance test prior to Halloween 🎃. 12 exercises in 34 minutes & burned nearly 850 Calories.

Thx, we do this twice a week & the other days are lifting. The variety keeps you going back for more.....& provides room for extra food..haha!!
