so the "pizza weight" has only taken 3 days to come off and has taken another couple of hundred grams with it yeah!!

BF% is down again today as well, still too high but today i noted that i have lost a little over 10% BF since starting this journey

Feeling great :0)
178.6 lb Lost so far: 57.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
