Ate Thai vegetables/rice picked up from Tasteful Kitchen yesterday. Sooo good. I could have eaten the entire dish at lunch but ate only 1/2 then finished it at dinner. Difficult to track meals that I do not make myself but did my best. I think it helps, even if not perfect, makes me THINK about what I am eating.

Today I have another meal from TK: spaghetti squash with bean balls. Can hardly wait!
119.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
