wow a couple of low cal days after an indulgent week and 1.4 kg gone yeah!!! back down to almost pre/pre indulgence weight go me :0)
192.5 lb Lost so far: 43.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
