Working desk job, injured, and stress eating like a mf. I have undid so much progress in such a short amount if time. But time to forgive and move on. I WILL reach my goal!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
