The colored bars are an indicator of how far/close you are to reaching your goal. Red is no or little weight loss, then it progresses to orange, yellow, green (near goal), and finally blue (at goal).

The color lines are an awesome indicator of where you are on your journey, but remember friend, they don’t define who you are or what you’re going through. You just keep it moving 💪 🎵 and eventually we will make the colors all the way to blue🙌 and remember,,we all start at different times and weight😘💜💚
