Thank you all for your kindness. I am 3lbs over in weight now than I was then. So trying to get it off. But been 62 its's getting much harder. But I am going to get there. Merrymel

Not a bad thing to be the same I think you should be aiming to maintain your wait and hopefully the Exercise will help you lose th odd 2 kg just eat healthy as much as possible and you will be fine
