Ate 3 cups of awful cauliflower curry, 1 grapefruit, 4 oz. salmon, handful blueberries and 2 Brazil nuts yesterday. probably just eat grapefruit and watermelon today. Cheers
191.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
