Another pound down - must be the mall walking! Spent half the day shopping and came home with one blouse and one bag from Bath & Body. But we had a blast. Calories came in high but the protein bar I put in my purse (at 190 cals) saved me from the mall food so it was worth it. Good tip to remember for next shopping trip!
Am off to cook breakfast and spend day with DH before he goes back to Georgia.

Davidsmom - Funny, but there is a great divide on here - people either love the mall or hate the mall. Maybe I'd get sick of it if I did it every week, but I don't have time to go very often.

Ahhh Mall walking..haven't done that in ages..Congrats big time for that loss...you earned it girl...Hope you enjoyed your visit with your DH...I remember those days when my DH left for the week....:O)
