Been eating meals with DH all day. It is only 2 PM and I've blown my carbs for the day.

Lets see, what can I eat for dinner that has 350 calories and 0 carbs?

LOL pure meat? :) Fat and protein. How about grilled beef with a spicy chili sauce (mayo and garlic chili sauce)?

I would aim for fish. It'll give you the biggest bang for your buck. Grilled or baked fish with a little butter. The fish and butter have 0 carbs, so just figure out how much fish you can pig out on! ... no! Wait! Go with a lettuce Fish wrap. A few large lettuce leaves with a little mayo and lots of baked tilapia! Should fix you right up. Remember to drink your water :) The moral of this story? Don't eat with hubby, lol.

Carb Tracker for Gina - Good idea on the fish! As for eating with Hubby, he works away during the week so sometimes I spend a little too much time with him on the weekend.

Its hard when you eat with the DH..Mine is a food pusher..I just have to say NO!!!!..Eggs are good too...with bacon...Yumm...:O)

Oh gosh, been there, done that. Only one thing to do then and that's just be reasonable the rest of the day. Hang in there.
