The recipe for mustard maple salmon is half a tablespoon of light mayo, 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard, and one teaspoon of pure maple syrup, 2-5 oz skinless salmon fillets and salt and pepper to taste. Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit, cover a baking sheet with foil. Mix mustard, mayo, and syrup in a bowl. Add fillets to the baking sheet, and season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture over fillets evenly. Bake in oven 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
