Today has been a really slow sunday. I had peanut butter today, but I didnt eat heaping spoonfulls of it. I am so proud of myself! Yay! I had some pumpkin ice cream last night with some FF whipped cream. It was good, but all in all, I dont think it was too worth it. Definitely not something I'll go for again. I'm going to wait until next saturday to have any other halloween treats. So no junk food this week. Its a MWF work out week, too. So I have plenty of chances to make up for it. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow. The once a week challenge starts. I'll keep my weigh in days monday so it prompts me to stay on track all weekend.
