Don't give up, I went up and down for a few weeks and others also go through similar stuck phases

Thank you ☺️ Determined! 💪🏼 Ordered a Chinese as we’ve been really good lately with not getting takeout but just ordered a small thing with chicken and boiled rice.

Astronomyphilly I know, they kind of make me feel a bit sick sometimes too, will use up the supplements and then I won’t buy any more ☺️ The waist trainer feels great for my back though, and makes me sweat a lot more when I’m working out, I love it. It’s got bones in the back and has a double wrap to make it as tight as possible 🖤 I’ve been using the cream on my face and while I can feel it, I agree, rubbish 😂
