AuntRainey's Journal, 20 August 2013

I'm not weighing myself. I'm sure I've gained a couple pounds. I seem to drop it quickly when I start training seriously (well, as seriously as I train anyway - I admit to being a strong advocate of everything in moderation). My pants fit and I'll call that good enough. I've sporadically kept track of what I'm eating. When I start getting too far off track I start getting more serious about it. I guess I'm using fatsecret to make sure I keep paying attention. I'm not as concerned with daily documenting. I eat healthy - very healthy. It helps that I can't eat dairy. If I can't have ice cream, frozen yogurt, cheese, butter, or cream, how far wrong can I go? The only fried food I enjoy is the occasional order of French fries. Oh - and 'fish and chips'. I love a well done plate of fish and chips. Anyway - I'm doing fine on the maintenance and will try to continue to document and keep track to keep myself honest.
