I'm going into this week with a positive attitude that I will definitely stay OP every day. My weekend eating was pretty good, but I did eat more points than I was allowed *sigh*
My plans for the week include:
1. Drink a tall glass of water before each snack and meal. 2. Do at least 30 minutes of activity daily. 3. Plan meals and snacks wisely. 4. Track my food carefully and honestly.
