Still a struggle but will track this week, weigh in every day, TRY to finish eating earlier. I do know this is key, but for some reason is harder than normal right now.
119.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
