I ate a lot more lately and my weight is up. This is such a battle. I really put off doing the weight thing but it is what it is. I will have to do more planning. I found out if I don't keep eating protein (like every 2 hours)I go crazy and eat too much food at night. Lesson learned.

It's ok to have our ups and downs but the most important is never to quit! And eat some fruit lady! It's good for you! ;)

Honey.. don't worry about it.. your body will use every bit of it... Keep away from the scale after you eat... it gives you false reading because you are weighing food content water intake, etc... re-feed days are essential. Eat more protein more fibrous carbs and you will get back or even loose more.. remember it is the calories that make you put on weight not the amount of times you eat... You are right on track....:-)
