Was away for three days. Although I didn't record my food, I stuck with protein, vegetables. Possibly ate a little too much, since my weight was up .8. I'm going out to eat tonight and will stick with something like cobb salad again (which is what I ate twice while away).

1182 kcal Fat: 62.74g | Prot: 73.02g | Carb: 85.34g.   Breakfast: Atkins pancakes, Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Maple Flavored Syrup, Fresh Pork Sausage. Lunch: Blueberries, The Greek Gods Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Cheddar Cheese, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Egg, Chef Boyardee Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk). Dinner: Thin Crust Cheese Pizza, Breyers Carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream, Shrimp, Vinaigrette Dressing, Earthbound Farm Romaine. Snacks/Other: Atkins Day Break Chocolate Oatmeal Fiber Bar. more...
