Hmmmm....what the heck do I want to complain about today??? LOL I'll get back to ya on that!

In the meantime, I think I'll just elaborate about my 15 miles a week running challenge. I'm not sure who started that challenge, but I sure thank them for it! I'm back in the gym full-time and loving it! I ran 6.5 miles last night…IT FELT GOOD!! Shin splintys…gone!

Unfortunately, when I looked at the clock and noticed I had been running for an hour and 25 minutes, I just had to pull the plug on the whole thing! It was 11:30pm!! SeRiousLy, after my long list of things to do during the day, I only have time to run after 10pm!! It’s been that way during the entire week! I’ve noticed that is not too good on my metabolism! For one, it gets me all fired up and rejuvenated, as well as energetic. Do you think I'm ready for bed by at least midnight?? HECK NOOOOOOOOOOO!! I'm going strong with nobody to play with at that hour!! So, I'm back on hubby's "list"...I can tell! the first thing he said to me when I woke up yesterday morning was; "You know, for being a health nut, you surprise me...if there's anything beneficial you could do for yourself, it would be to GET TO BED ON TIME!" and then he shook his head poignantly and left the room! Yikes!! Later that day, I unconsciously mentioned that I had a headache…again his retort was, “Well, maybe you should try getting enough rest…” I SEE a lovely doghouse with a porch going all around it!! I’m gonna go out on a limb here and laugh!!! HAH HAHAH HAHAHAAH hAA!! 

Ya’ll…I’m gonna be SOOO FAR in the dog house that you’ll have to get my low carb biscuits to me with a sling shot…AGAIN!! I’m going to take my Sudoku book with me, though…maybe the time will fly faster!! LOL

Goodness... I don't think I could exercise that late!! I have NO energy after 6pm, lol. Good for you though, but you should get some rest or you might wither away, lol..... LOVE YA!!

LOL! Where do you find those low-carb biscuits?? It is hard balancing life AND diet AND exercise, oh and don't forget work! Just do the best you can.

you just need to put your exercise routine on the front of your day...then you would have it over with and you would have the rest of the day to do your daily routine..an when it was time for bed...well...you would probly be asleep before hubby...lol..

BUT I DON'T GOTS MUCH ENERGY IN THE MORNIN', LOOSIN!!! It takes 3 cups of coffee just to get me to wiggle my big toe!!

yo, BA, I'm BACK!!! And ready to give you full grief!! (Amryk said I could do so!!)...so, what is this I see? You look all happy and pretty in your bio picture??!! How DARE ya!! I'd have thunk you'd be all sad, miserable, and un-pretty in MY ABSENCE!!!! (LOL! Yeah, I do like to think I'm indispensable!)) And I agree with Leesah---15 miles??! WTF, you maniac! LOL!

Sudoku! Love Sudoku! Since you exercise late at night and then are rarin' to go, why don't you just wake up hubby and have some fun? I'm SURE he wouldn't mind and then he wouldn't mention the "get more sleep" thing again! ;)
