Nice little drop before the weekend. Ran today, but before that I hadn't ran since Tuesday. I feel so exhausted this week. I'd live to just get a good night's sleep.

Hope you guys have a safe weekend, it's a little crazy out there.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
