I'm confused by every time someone says they lost such-and-such pounds they say probably all water weight. I look at it like this people are made up of approximately 75% water if you lose weight it is going to be partially water weight. don't worry about losing water weight unless your goal is to become a water balloon and then well then you might need to stress about it I don't know that's just kind of how I feel I look at it I am going to lose water weight and with that waterway it flushes out fat
