So, I am feeling better now. No more tuna in my diet, at least the really cheap tuna. down to 176.2 lbs. and trying to maintain this weight for a little, then drop down to 170 ish. I am trying to allow my body time to rebound, as I was 230lbs before.

Wonderful job, you should feel very proud! Do you like salads? You can be so creative with big salads while keeping them under 500 cals. I love the variety of ingredients that you can add to a bowl of greens and experiment with different dressings and toppings. It should also help to keep things moving if you know what I mean.

I am proud of myself Salty Mermaid, I went through a big salad phase when I was shedding off the weight, but I enjoy sandwiches ALOT! I eat them everyday. They fill me up! I always stay around 500 calories a meal while in deficit mode and then I go back to 2000 calories or really just having a big snack, adding a 500 calorie snack when in maintenance mode. I made a cheeseburger salad, oh, just check my page. I loved them salads mucho.

That’s great, Jaime! I’m so glad it’s working for you. I love sandwiches too, but they don’t fill me up as much. When it comes to bread, rice, and pasta, and potatoes, I can eat and eat without getting full. So I maintain my calorie goals much better when I avoid those foods and focus on protein, fat, and produce instead. I enjoy your posts, keep up the amazing work! 💪🏻
