any one have pointers on keto. I stay under 20 grams carbs 75percent healthy fats around 20 percent protein log measure everything not loosing

Sorry, but how many calories are you consuming? If it's not less than your burning the scale won't change. That's my experience anyway.

Decrease fat, particularly dairy. The percentages are not important for weight loss. Less fat on the plate the more you access body fat for fuel.

It's hard I am doing 50 carb and 1200 calories. I am at 40 carb for the day so I'm going to stop.

I'm loosing just a little bit slower. Lo Carbs work's I lost 70 pounds . But if you stop you still have to watch what you eat. or it comes back.
