So I made a post yesterday asking a very important question. I asked you all pretty much this: Is it possible to get all the nutrients I need in a 2000 calorie diet? The crazy part is that I saw a bot of maybe just somebody repeating exactly what I asked today on the site, literally 2 minutes ago. Now, I noticed that I had 14 replies, but I tried to access those replies and I keep getting booted off the site. I think I must be on to something because I have an idea, but, I was reaching out to see if anyone else had a better answer. Anyways, rest sure, I am not a bot and at least now I can say, "Told you so"

Now, don't let this bring you guys down. There are a ton of bots out there, but there are real people too. Should we be concerned about these data bots? I think so. Should we be completely disheartened by it? I think not. Should we rid bots from this site. Now that's a topic we need to all address together.

I also wondered if you could get all your nutrients on a 2000 calorie a day diet. If possible it's not easy. I go to this site called cronometer.com and today I added a meal plan from this site just to see: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/2000-calorie-diet Calcium, potassium and vitamin D were a problem. The total calories were 2208. There were too many proteins and fats for me. I did test a diet that was over 3000 calories at one point and all nutrients were met.

I'm not much into supplements, but I do take a multivitamin every day to be sure I get anything my diet might miss - I average 1500-1600 per day, but my guess is even 2000 might make it difficult.
