Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 115% of goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3% and is out of range for the first time in more than a month...
Lift Day!!!
155.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
