I went out to eat twice this week and even though I made better choices than I would have, my weight stayed the same. I didn't exercise as frequently or with much intensity either. No worries...it's a new week!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
