Intermittent keto. That's the best I have to describe the routine I am following. In July 2019 I hit 193lbs, which at 6' tall makes a "skinny" guy like me look a bit silly with the dad bod belly (I am a dad but you know). I went full keto for 3 months and hit a low weight of 167lbs, the lowest of my life since high school. I started adding back healthy carbs to get back to 175lbs but the holidays hit and boom, 185. Goal is to get back to 170 by Valentine's Day.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 January 2020:
