I have been doing well and on target for this week. I am aiming for 2.5 to 3 pounds per week. I have been exercising everyday without fail. I jogged 30 minutes strait today. I bought a latin dance dvd and I really enjoy working out to it. I have been shaking up my routine by doing a different workout everyday along with weight training and cardio machines. I have been eating well between 1300-1600 calories from healthy sources.(nothing fried or sweet)
