Some days I feel so in control of my eating/exercise and other days, I have none! I find when I stay busy, I'm not as hungry. I have to find something I love doing to pass the time instead of eating. But I loved eating! Although, in retrospect, most of it was mindless eating, while I watched TV. I have to come up with a 10 minute presentation for work next week, so that is occupying me right now. I have TV shows to catch up with on the DVR, but I will jump on the recumbent bike to keep busy. I swear, this time I really do have a handle on this...as someone I work with always says, "I've got this!"
