Thank you Keyten I am now sitting around waiting for the car park to clear so that we can get home. When I get home I'll have to do some dumbbells lifting?

Looking at how slowly the car park is emptying it might be an hour before we leave the course, so I have plenty of time for exercise. I'll leave her in the coffee lounge and might try and walk up and down a few flights of stairs? 

Keyten thank you GF is happy now she has a hot cup of coffee, I will be off line for about half an hour might trend later. 

Power name time later later than usual just returned from Kempton and stopped for a Macdonalds on the way home.
