Dropped more but it was water weight. I think this is correct for now. Going to Minnesota this week and I’m worried about how much I’m going to gain in the next two weeks.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
