I increased my jogging from 45 minutes to one hour. I keep on tracking my meals but my weight still show same weight. What did i do wrong. stressful!!!
Ohh!! by the way..i m going to get married on 14th November. I want to loose weight to keep in shape.
121.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
