Good morning FS family. Can anyone suggest where to get a good scale that's accurate and not that expensive? I think my portions are not what they should be. I've been eating a lot of avocados on my salad for lunch well one avocado or salad but I know they're high in fat. I'm addicted to them they're so good. they seem to fill me up when I have my lunch. any help would be appreciated.

@Clairsheart, I love avocados, too, but I had to consign them to a once-weekly "treat list." There are two that I've used and like, both on Amazon.com: "Etekcity Digital Kitchen Scale, Smart Food Scale with Nutritional Calculator for Keto, Macro, Calorie and Weight Loss-Bluetooth" -- OR -- "Greater Goods Nourish Digital Kitchen Scale, Food Scale with (New Backlit) Portions Nutritional Facts Display." They're both $39.99 (free shipping with Amazon Prime). Both will toggle between grams and pounds/ounces.
