I've been more active the past few days. lots of activities with my group. I actually did 6,000 steps Saturday and five thousand and something yesterday. that's a lot for me and considering how bad my back is. sometimes I feel like the hunchback of Notre Dame. lol
170.8 lb Lost so far: 65.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
