Iffy but I want to log something to keep on track. Scale moving between 139.4 to 141.4 so I really have no idea and don’t care as long as I keep trending down. Still on track. Discovered Jennie O sweet onion turkey burger and it’s the first turkey burger I actually enjoyed eating. Not too fond of the garlic cauliflower because of the consistency but I’ll try it again mixed with other veggies. I have to remember this time how hard it is now that I’m approaching 60 to take this weight off so hopefully I won’t put it on again. I’ll be visiting a friend for a week over thanksgiving and that’s going to be rough because she is extremely liberal with the butter and cream and doesn’t even think about trying to eat lean or low calorie foods. It’s going to take an effort to get back on the diet when I get back.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
