Day two, Level 1. There is a menu guide to follow the first week. I believe drinking lots of water and the shakes along with the "Heart Health Infusion" and "Vita Pack", keeps me feeling full. So far the food tastes good.

I am overweight, however, if I lose at least 10 pounds, I will be within a normal weight range.

No Caffeine or gluten today due to "Hashimoto's Thyroiditis".
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
