Just went through Hurricane Dorian (No problems, Heck I got Married in a Cat 4, 30 years ago). So, after a week of sitting around (not really cuz its a lot of dang work getting ready) and eating some not as healthy foods and Not being able to exercise I gained 3 lbs. But I took 2 lbs off back off. However, !!! I'm not worried about the weight because something more important happened !! For the first time in 18 years, I was able to fit into a 34 waist pair of pants. That is a 2 size drop from what I have been wearing.
