7 weeks today since I really started to focus on my calorie deficit. Activity made the difference, as expected. Just had to get my butt n gear.
I'm at 160.2# (down from 175# 7 wks ago). Weight loss was a little faster in the first 4 weeks.
Over 7 weeks, ~15# loss, -15.0#; BMI -2.5; -3.0% Fat! 50% of the way from Overweight to Normal weight/BMI/%BF
-15# to lose to get to 'healthy,' not overweight
Less 5# in past 3 weeks is fine. That is 1-2#/week; very steady and healthy. Give my skin time to spring back... need to check my nutrition intake of collagen. Might help to use moisturizer daily...never been good at that.
