Diddlee's Journal, 16 July 2019

New 6 pound batch of Chinese sausages made this morning. The meat was leaner, and the color turned deeper. While having fun in the kitchen, I made a couple of breads from a freshly grated old coconut, eggs and salt. That turned out ok too. In my mind, the coconut plant is ancient, and humans are probably well adapted to it. Testing that theory for a bit these days.

60pack Thank you. They smell even better. Not sure why yet. Could be the cinnamon, wine or the new authentic soy sauce. The smell is new to me, so it could be the soy sauce. Certainly will get more meat from this new source. Much better result.
