A little depressed today. I weighed in today at 184. That's 9 lbs in 16 days, and after completing Phase 1. I had lost 7 in the first 8 days, so only 2 more in the past 8 days. I was hoping for more progress, maybe 10-12 lbs total. I've been following Phase 1 100%, too. I may start blending in some fruit and whole grain breads and pastas, but mostly will try to stay on Phase 1 as much as possible. We'll see where I end up next week.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't get depressed, Alot of people had said they have not lost much or any after the first two weeks stay strong, it will come off

You will lose the most in the first week & then it will slowly taper off to approx a pound per week. The SBD book does not recommend staying on Phase 1 for more than 4 weeks. Phase 1 is not designed to be a long term diet but Phase 2 is. Just remember a slower weight loss is a healthier one. Have you read the SBD book? If not then you really should as it explains how this eating plan works in detail & how do move from one Phase to another successfully. You are doing great & should not be discouraged. Good luck!!
