Diddlee's Journal, 07 June 2019

Weak morning. Got a new cellphone yesterday, and had a bit stress with that. Next, a neighbor have a loud karaoke party. Hard to sleep, so I used headphones to listen to loud rain all night.

Wake up, and found a fail with pairing watch with new cellphone. Ahh... then see my girlfriend enjoying cake and coffee before her morning exercises. Felt hungry, and didn't get a reward on the scales this morning. Just 'steady weight'

Thinking this six pack territory may in fact be hard. But I blindly believe it is not. It's just a matter to collect the power to do it.

Started to wonder if I'm a stressoholic too. My upper back muscles feels like they are in a chronic cramping. My message guy called it 'office chair syndrome'. Thankfully have an appointment with him again tomorrow morning.

Time to fight harder I thought after the first coffee. Went on for a full hour with all kinds of eastern exercise moves I've learned lately. Wanted to get the blood circulating in tight muscles. Although still sore in the muscles, I feel the warmth of blood circulating now after.

Start to feel normal. A second coffee.. and the day doesn't look that bad. Avoided eating, and the hunger is gone. Next will be a bicycle ride. A crappy morning is near being turned to a pretty good day.

Keep the positive stream open.

mrsroboto, Becc@, Draglist Appreciate that. Thank you. It was wonderful with a silent night with good sleep after this. Feel renewed.

jeannieselby Agree. This Saturday morning is very different. Had good sleep, and do not have to find the positive spirit. It's here all by itself. 😃

a bike ride should help - and get yourself back for another massage. A good night's sleep will help too. and maybe your girlfriend could avoid eating cake in front of you. LOL.

I have never heard the term "Office Chair Syndrome" before, but when I get tense/stressed from work my upper back and neck are what get the tightest. Hope the massage released a lot of the tension!
