And what I had today is ALL the solid food I have eaten since last Wednesday night. I have been drinking shakes, water, coffee, and soda. Had a bad injury to my small intestines. Wanted to give it time to heal from the inside. I probably averaged about 500 - 700 calories per day during the week (liquid calories). Wasn't hungry; still not hungry. I am getting over a long period of emotional binge eating. And what am I craving now?? Pace Picante Sauce! Gonna get me some and some cheddar cheese tomorrow and have a feast! Think I'll just eat a whole bowl of the stuff.
