Hey Buffy - I am so chuffed....last night went to do my shopping and there in the first aisle....fresh blueberries :) you are right they are delicious with yoghurt :)

Ummm berries. Wish I had some now. I was buying raspberries at Costco but since DH doesn't touch them they would go bad - I know I should have frozen them but every time I would think about it they would be moldy - even after doing the 1 part vinegar to 4 parts water soak. From now on I must remember to freeze 1/2 first thing. I just wish I could eat them all in one sitting. Is there a new all carb diet out there I can switch too? You done great yesterday - so hard to do. Keep it up!
