After a great weekend with plenty of wine and really amazing food, including the best homemade bread I’ve ever had at an adorable cafe in Seneca Falls, I stepped on the scale this morning afraid to look down, but I stood there smiling at the number, the same as it was before the weekend. Fine, I didn’t lose, but I indulged and didn’t gain! Probably can thank my shrunken stomach for not allowing me to eat more than it could handle 😉
