I am starting to get used to a stomach that isn’t satisfied. Maybe hunger and I can be friends .... no rumbling and grumbling .... just be chill with each other and remain calm ... 😜
164.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
