Day 3

Feeling pretty good about today. I had 1200 calories, got my ten thousand steps in (many of which cam from the hour and 45 minutes of shoveling snow) plus, I did 45 minutes of Pilates.

So this is what bums me out. I had sautés a bunch of veggies 🌶 🌽 and put them over a modest about of pasta (no sauce) and sprinkled Parmesan cheese and bacon bits on top. Seasoned with garlic and nail ... it was delish, and I thought, pretty damn healthy, so I enter in along with the 3 T of olive oil I put in the pan of piled veggies and holy whopping 42 grams of fat and 380 calories JUST FOR THE OLIVE OIL! I am crushed and afraid to weigh myself tomorrow...I could have eaten a fried food bonanza instead of a huge pile of veggies on dry pasta ... sigh ...
