Well sickness has hit our household, so I am home from work today. Today's workout brought to you by coughing. No fever which is nice just coughing (a lot of it) and a stuffy up/runny nose. I am hoping today is the turning point. I have done everything I could think of to not get it but alas. Stay healthy my friends.
