Lunch (burritos)
2 Tortillas
1/2 can vegetarian refried beans
1.5 cups spinach
1.5 cups mushroom

8 oz salsa

Dinner (PB & berry sammich w/ soymilk)
2 slice reduced calorie wheat bread
4 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup strawberries, then blended
1 cup Silk Omega-3 Fortified Soymilk

Snack (protein bar)
Clif Builder's Bar, peanut butter flavor

Protein - 95g
Fat - 104g
100% or close for every essential vitamin & mineral, with one exception
Cholesterol - 0mg
