Checking in.. Haven't worked out for today yet, I normally wake up at 6am and get it done before getting the twins ready for school.. busy morning and more to go... I'm going to try my hardest to get it in today...:) Check in with you all later.. have a good day!

I really need to start exercising again. I actually do miss it and I always feel better when I do, but the problem with me is just getting up and doing it! lol .. Hope you had a good day!

Yes, I know what you mean! lol lol .. I am so grateful for this challenge this is what pushed me to begin exercising. I had not exercised in years and I have to say I do feel pretty good. You know how it is, once you get started you will want to continue.. Hope your day was good as well.
