I ate my first lunch in quite a while today: the leftover pork loin from last night's supper and some pork rinds. I wasn't all that hungry, but I had lunch anyway. I had an insane day yesterday, with lots of physical work and very little caloric intake. According to the fitness tracker, I burned something like 4,800 calories, but barely ate 1,000. When I went to bed last night, I could barely move my legs and arms I was so worn out.

I'm taking it easy today -- on both the caloric deficit and the physical activity -- to try to give my body a little time to rest and rebuild -- not to mention to see if I can't stimulate the old metabolism a bit, which I fear might have been slowing a tad in recent days due to the extreme deficit I maintain.

Supper tonight will be chicken, red bell pepper, onion, onion, broccoli, and cauliflower fried in a skillet in butter. We'll see what it ends up being, but I suspect I'll still be maintaining a deficit, just not one quite so drastic as what I've been doing.
